NO RESERVE Vintage CARVER POWER AMPLIFIER M-400 (PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER AUCTIONS. I'LL BE ADDING THE HARMON KARDON PRE-AMP AND HARMON KARDON TUNER THAT WENT WITH THIS AMPLIFIER.) BRAND:CarverMODEL:M-400CONDITION:Let me start by saying I am not a collector, but a reseller, and I do my best to describe my items as accurately as possible. Cosmetically I'd give it a 9.5 out of 10. There are two small marks on the front left of the chassis as seen in the close up shot. Otherwise, wow, a great example of the M-400. This was purchased from a local estate along with the original HK Pre Amp and Tuner. I am selling this unit as is, however I guarantee it will not be DOA. I have hooked up the components and found the amp to perform very well. I turned the volume up to "3" on the pre amp and decided any more may risk blowing the speakers. The extent of my test was turning the components on and listening to different radio stations at different volume levels. Results: a lot of power and confirmation that the LEDs work on the front of the amp. This is the functionality that I warrant as tested.
