All lights work, orange and green, both sides. I have it playing while I am taking the pictures. So if you look close, you can see both needles were moving. Of course it is a vintage item so it has a few nicks and tucks here and there. The meter glass do not have any marks or scratches. There are a few surface scratches on the side panels. I will have no high starting bid and no reserve, like yourself, I do not like reserves, you decide how much you want to pay, not me. I do not sell my quality items "AS IS" like most sellers do.
