All returns require a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number must be issued within 30 calendar days after the date of purchase. An RMA number is valid for 14 calendar days after it is issued. Return freight/shipping (the cost of shipping the television or other oversize product) back to Sonic Electronix is the responsibility of the customer. Original freight/shipping costs, including those from free shipping promotions, will be deducted prior to any refund or credit of the product purchase price. Refunds A processing fee of 10 percent will apply to the value of merchandise returned for a refund. Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 5-10 days after our receipt of the returned merchandise.
