Marantz Layla MR2020 MR2021 CD Player AM/FM Lifestyle System 20WPC *ULTRA RARE* Up for auction is this ultra rare Marantz Layla CD Player and AM/FM Lifestyle System with a brand new remote control that has not been used and two extra "joystick" controllers for the top deck. This unit is in perfect working order and is in excellent condition. This unit features a very unique motorised lid that is motion activated through the use of the eject button on the unit. These units retailed for approximately $2000 in 1999. It features CD player, AM and FM, it also has an auxillary input and sub-woofer output. It also features a line output if you wish to connect this to a separate amplifier. The unit has an in-built 20wpc amplifier. It can handle 4-8 ohm speaker loads. This is a very unique unit and are extremely hard to come by. This has come out of my own personal collection, I unfortunately don't have the space for all my Marantz toys. I have also included a video of the door lifting action.
