Rare REVOLVER Rebel Turntable, With Extras STUNNING Picture(s) and Description:

Folks, pay close attention here, because an 'Original' Revolver Rebel Turntable is rare enough on its own, but, in THIS Superb Condition, both Operationally AND Cosmetically, it will be years before one passes this way again! Introduced in the 1980's in England (its Birthplace!), this was designed to compete with the 'RP-2', and later the 'RP-3' (we're not allowed to mention the 'real' name of the RP-2/3, but we think you ALL know the one to which we're referring!), in the High-End/Audiophile 'Affordable' Market. Now, you need to understand that, in THAT world, anything under $1,000.00 is considered 'affordable', and that was 21 years ago. Today, under $5000 is considered 'budget'. If this SAME Rebel was manufactured today, without a single, solitary change, it would be competing in the $3,000.00 to $6,000.00 area. But the competition would be a 'no contest' affair, as we (And THOUSANDS of others!!) believe that this Rebel TROUNCES 99.9% of its 'pricier' rivals! The Tonearm, by itself, is a thing of beauty, and, when properly set up, has the Finest 'Touch' and Most Accurate Tracking Capabilities of ANY 'Under $10K' Arm we've sold, and as you well know, we sell a LOT of Turntables! Some early 'reviewers' scoffed at its straight, thin, low-mass design, and even called it 'cheap'. It was apparent they never ACTUALLY listened to it, and in later years, they ALL 'retracted' their words! The Emotion, the sense of 'Pace & Timing', the inherrent, relentless 'Drive' of the Music, are ALL readily apparent after listening for just 15 seconds to ANY of your favorite Vinyl LP's. As to direct comparison to the RP-2/3, again----no contest! The 3-Point Suspension here is of a 'Classic' Design (You know who!), and the simplicity of the layout eliminates any external 'noise' from messing up your 'notes'. The Split-Plinth, with each layer of MDF separated by foam rubber, and 'Resin' Platter (essentially, from 1989 onward, the Platter on these was Resin, not the same 'mdf' as the Plinth), and Felt Mat, are as noise resisting as is possible. And there's even MORE indications of just how well, and thoughtfully, this was constructed: Just LOOK at that Heavy-Duty AC Power Cord with its 3-Prong Plug; and take a gander at the isolated AC 'Synchronus' Motor, with the external Belt Drive (Yes, the Belt is in Excellent Condition!); and the INCLUDED Rubber Record 'Clamp'---a real nice touch! Now, in addition to the included, lightly used (under 100 hours) Audio Technica Cartridge, we're including an Audio Technica AT-110E (LC/OFC), considered by MANY (look it up!) to be the Finest 'Affordable' Cartridge on the Planet, and a 45-Adaptor (as you can see, to switch speeds, you need, by design, to manually switch the position of the belt). Operationally, again, this is PERFECT! And cosmetically, as you can see, there are NO 'dings' or 'chips' or 'scrapes', not EVEN on the Dust-Cover (which has the usual very light swirls/scratches). You may find a few tiny marks overall, but that's it! Now, for a Heavy (Over 35 Pounds, Packed) Quality Analog Source such as this Gorgeous Rebel, we know you'll be expecting a HUGE Shipping Cost. BUT.....Here's our Last Extra 'Treat': FULLY Insured UPS Ground Shipping to ANY USA Location WITHIN the Contiguous 48 States, is only $10! Yes, Ten Dollars, PERIOD! Now, what's not to like?! Thanks to all for your time and consideration!!
